AI agents & business automation

For companies that lose time or opportunities to repetitive sales and operations work. I design, build and test automations with clear rules, and a person decides on exceptions and strategy.

What it’s used for

  1. 01Sales prospecting: finding, researching and contacting companies that fit
  2. 02Answering and qualifying incoming inquiries
  3. 03Following up quotes under defined rules
  4. 04Preparing orders against catalogue, prices and stock
  5. 05Internal assistants that answer from your own documents
  6. 06Repetitive administrative tasks

How a project runs

Diagnosis
We map the process, its volume and its exceptions, and choose one workflow where automation is worth it.
Pilot
A defined scope, connected to the tools you already use wherever integration is possible.
Testing
Real cases reviewed with your team before anything acts on its own.
Improvement
Follow-up, adjustments and extension to new processes once the first one works.

The aim is to free up your team’s hours and reduce the staff cost of repetitive work. How much depends on the process: we estimate it in the diagnosis and measure it in the pilot, with no promised figures. The budget is also set after the diagnosis.

ValerIA, Kinfire’s prospecting bot

Kinfire, which I founded, offers outdoor kitchen programmes for hospitality, events, golf clubs, residential communities and corporate spaces. ValerIA finds those businesses, researches them, discards the ones that don’t fit and writes to the people responsible.

Sources
Each business’s website and pictures, as a sign of fit; the contacts, from Apollo.
Process
Six steps: prospecting, research, qualification, contacts, sending and control.
A person decides
The rules, the sending authorisations, the exceptions and the strategy.
Output
An email written for each property, sent autonomously within those rules.
Never contacts
Private homes and venues that don’t fit: they are discarded with their reason.
Stops
If the responsible person’s email is missing or unverified: nothing is invented or guessed.
Asks for review
Exceptions and strategy decisions go to a person, who follows the operation on Telegram.

One fictitious property that fits, one that is discarded

  1. Research: its website and pictures suggest an outdoor space. It is a hypothesis.
  2. Sending: an email written for that property, within the configured rules.
  3. Result: one property contacted and one discarded, with its reason.

The venue

The responsible person’s email

  1. 1 · Prospecting

    Businesses with shared spaces

    • Hotels, golf courses, wedding venues, communities and HOAs, developers, architects, designers
    • Left out: private homes
    • On the list: a coastal hotel (fictitious)
  2. 2 · Research

Hypothesis: a terrace by the pool

    • Source: its website and pictures
    • A picture suggests a fit; it confirms no permits, budget or intent to buy
  3. 3 · Qualification

    Goes through

    • Reason: the right kind of business and a likely outdoor space
  4. 4 · Contacts

    Person responsible found

    • Role: food and beverage director (fictitious)
    • Email found and verified with Apollo
  5. 5 · Sending

    Email sent

    • Written for this property: it mentions its terrace
    • Sent autonomously, within the configured rules and authorisations
  6. 6 · Control

    Followed on Telegram

    • The operation is followed on Telegram
    • A person steps in on exceptions and strategy

Simulation with fictitious data

An inquiry at 10:47 pm

Input

10:47 pm · form, message or call

  • “I'd like to replace the 100-litre water heater in my flat at 12 Colón Street. How much is it, and can you come this week?”

Check

Against approved information

  • Service offered: yes
  • Coverage area: yes
  • Address: complete
  • Phone: not given
  • Price for this case: no approved rate

Proposal

Lead prepared

  • Service: replace 100 l water heater
  • Urgency: this week
  • Owner: morning sales rep
  • Reply: acknowledgement asking for a phone number, no price or date

Exception

Not decided on its own

  • Price and visit need human confirmation

Person

Sales rep (fictitious)

  • Confirms the price and offers a visit in the morning

The inquiry has

People stay in charge

Human oversight
Agents work within rules you approve, and sensitive actions can require a person’s confirmation.
Exceptions go to your team
When a case falls outside what the agent should handle, it goes to the right person with the context already collected.

Simple websites, when they help

Sometimes an agent needs a place to live: a landing page, a booking page or an inquiry entry point. I build simple websites as part of these projects, not as a separate web agency service.

What I won’t promise

How we start

  1. 01A conversationYou tell me your situation and what you want to achieve. I tell you whether I can help and what the first step would be.
  2. 02Scope in writingI propose what we will do, what I will deliver and who takes part. We adjust it before you approve it.
  3. 03Agreed executionI work on what we agreed, with the specialists it needs, and we review progress at the agreed points.
